when i turn on my car, the lights that say "ABS, Service engine soon, oil change, etc.." all light up and i know it doesnt need all those because ive done them recently, but the only lights that do work are highbeam and seat belt, any idea how to get this fix without going to the shop?

my dash panel has blinkling lights on the buttons and the ac/heater blower is weak, and the defroster doesnt work, im wondering if i should replace the dash panel or is there something wrong with the blower? I check if anything was loose, and everything is fine but still having the problems, so...
