    DNS Error (Straight Talk Phone)?

    I have a straight talk samsung R451.CJ27 and I can recieve pictures but I keep trying to send a picture but it is failing the error code says [[DNSNotResponding]] I have tried sending different pictures, but it still won't work and my mobile web won't connect either...how do I fix it?
