    this is me here sex: male age: 18 height:5'8" ~ 5'9" weight: 220lbs fat%= 46 (104lbs of fat) muscle%= 40 (122 lbs of muscles) is that bad? what steps do i need to take to fix it? what do i need to do to follow those steps? how do i keep up with it? what should be my idea weight? fat%? muscle %?
