    Hey I yust got my new gateaway, but i dont know how to use the bluetooth. Every time y use the keyboard shoortkut, a bluetooth sign with a red x appears on screen. HELP!!

    Hey guys, the thing is i have my new gateaway laptop, but when i try to put it on (fn + f6[symbol of bluetooth doen]) it yust apears a bluetooth sogn with an red "x" on my screen. I NEED HELP!!!!!!! SERIUSLY MY WORK DEPENDS ON IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
