i have the new router box from verizon and want to use my laptop. In a simple way can you tell me what to do ? It says i need to configure it. However after my new box is hooked up. I can't even get on this main computer..

I can't get my media player to recognize that the ipod is plugged into my computer. Tho the ipod says it's connected. I can't load or unload music from windows media player. It won't sync and even load.
