I have a samsung LCD tv that has purple dots everyonce in awhile when i turn it on. I turn the tv off then on again and the purple is gone. The Sears repair man said it could be the satellite signal i'm using from DirectTV may do this due to lack of information. Is that true or is it BS?

i have know clue what to do or to write about, and i would appreciate any and all help. thanks!

Well, sometimes when I'm using firefox, it'll freeze, so I exit out, then I double click it again, and then like 100+ firefox's pop up and I have delete them all. Anyone else have this problem, should I be worried? Thanks
