    If I had a bloodtest, urinalysis & an ultrasound done & results came out fine,

    does this rule out an ulcer? I just came to the hospital complaining of stomache pains, they were worried about appendicitus, after ultrasound, urinalysis & bloodtest they said all the organs and everything looked in tact, could this rule out an ulcer?
