for some reason my flash drive been acting gay recently.. i cannot put in or delete any date from it.. not even formatting work.. it saids "the disk is write protected" i check and im sure there's no switch or whatever on the flash drive preventing me from accessing files.. anyone can help? my...

i recently purchase a new flash drive, but everytime i plug it in, it always ask me to format it.. sometimes i have to pull it out, plug it back in and do it several times over until it works fine.. this is really frustrated (even though it isnt a big deal) why is that happening?
