    I can't view wireless networks?

    I am trying to connect a dell xps m1710 to a( live-box) wireless, network when i go to the wireless network setup wizard,there are only two options "open ,create shortcut".on the small icons on the task bar there is no icon related to networking.where is my WiFi connections?
