this is the third time i'm posting this question i bought a new sony ericsson and it supports themes but the main menu layout doesnt change even though i put themes with main menu layouts its kind of irrritaing and plese dont redirect me to trojan viruses :(( please help!!!

i just bought a brand new sony ericsson zylo phone 2 days ago the thing is it doesn't show theme main menu layouts some one told me to install flash lite 3.0 on my phone but i cant find it...and even if i do will the flash player it get installed i dont understand please some one help me out :(
