What could be the problem with my Honda Civic speedometer?
I have a B16A VTEC engine, 1998, when I speed up it stops at 30KMH and then when I slow down it bounces from 30 to 40 until I stop. I have checked the plugs, everything seems OK but I have no idea what else it could, please help. Much appreciated Thanks
