on the website for it, there is no Windows 7 under the types of software it is compatible with, but sometimes with some other programs and computer games i have it has worked even though windows 7 wasn't listed. if not are there ones similar or better that do? (free or pretty cheap would be best)

I just got a new camera and im looking for a photo shop program that can change color on things, like make a zebra have rainbow stripes or something like that. Or have it so i can put some color in a part of a black and white picture. or put like drops of water on a strawberry, stuff like that...
