    So a slice of bacon has 40 calories according to the package, but is that before or after cooking? How much would you guess remains after cooking?

    Are Fords as bad as they say?

    I'm looking at getting a new car - a Mercury, which is ultimately built by Ford Motors. But I've always been warned against getting Fords. So... was there a period where Fords were not good quality and got a bad reputation? Are they still poor quality?
