    My Samsung GT-E2120 is broken. Help?

    When i turn it on it flashes on and off with GT-E2120 Samsung written across the screen. Ive tried taking out the battery and swaping the battery but it doesnt work. Does anyone know why this is happening? ive only had it for 7 months
