So..yeah.
A lot of people seem to think it has something to do with Area 51.
But I don't know if I can pull it off.
I'd like to dye it some shade of blue, but I'm hispanic and I've got a medium/dark skin tone.
Do you have any suggestions as to what shade [if any] would look okay with my skin?
