While on treadmill the same dude, multiple times, has ran next to me and sweats profusely. The problem is the sweat gets on me. I have moved treadmills everytime. But he seems to always pick the treadmill next to me.....is it inappropriate to say something?

Scan it to a computer. Flip the image and print it on iron-on paper (it's made for doing just that). Flipping the image is imperative otherwise it will show up backwards.
