I live in australia and im looking to go over to college in america on a basketball scholarship. i've been told im good enough to go to a low div one school. im not sure which schools to apply to so any help would be great

The Yamaha BB-414 is pretty much a fender deluze p-bass with a master volume and tone and a 3-way switch. If anybody knows anything about both of these basses, could you give me a reccomendation on whether to get the Yamaha or a jazz or p-bass?
