    IELTS test 7 bands....legal or ........ way..answer it $$$$?

    hey, i want to apply PR for which i need 7 bands each. but i have given ielts 3 times and scored 7.5 overall but 6.5 in one the module. So, guys help me out by giving me legal or ILLegal help for ielts, money!!!!
