fell off my desk, soft landing, now whenever i turn it on just shows a white blank screen, any ideas? thanks

hey, its got the andriod operating system and i cant seem to send files from my macbook to my phone. looked online and i've installed the bluetooth file transfer app on it and im stuck and dont know what to do. can anyone simply just tell me how to do it? thanks :)
