more is less hp 2003 yamaha r1 dual exhaust?
shorter and more open is always more hp unless its too short.. then you burn your motor up. but... you're NOT going to notice the extra horses from just an exhaust build.... yippee.. 5 hp at the sprocket... cool... 0.05 hp at the ground.... cooooool... may even stand the bike on it's back... -

was buick one of the ones that was shut down recently?
I don't remember. i know a lot of auto manufacturers went out of business recently, i think Hummer was one... between those and the banks and what not it's hard to keep tabs. was buick one of them? i haven't been to a car lot for a few years so, i really don't know.
