    ford expedition fuse#11 windsheild wipers keeps blowing?

    I have a 1997 ford expedition and every time I change the fuse it blows. Does anyone know whats wrong and how I can fix it.

    ford expedition obd code p0446?

    my engine light was on I took the car to meinekee they said it was the evap canister I took it somewhere else to get fixed (it was cheaper) the light came back on in 2 days took it to auto zone it has the same code. Could it be the hoses to the evap canister they are old ? or something...
