    Eat more calories then you burn to gain weight?

    How can i figure out how much calories I should be eating or how much I burn so I know how much I should be eating to gain more weight? I'm 5 '3" and at 97 pounds? and I heard about pure proto the protein bars can I buy those at a regular grocery store? Thanks
