    Where is the best salon to have nail designs done at?

    I use to go to a salon off Fruitridge and Power Inn called VP Nails, and they had a talented girl who did nail art. But they moved and I don't know where. Im looking for them or somewhere else I could go. I want something colorful, fun and cheap for summer.
