I just had a garnish of $140 come out of my check. I have no clue who it is, i never got any paper work and my employer did'nt tell me about it. So can a company just take my money without letting me know????????? I now can not pay my rent, i am in shock and pissed. Please need some answers

My 91 Explorer will not shift in drive when it is cold, it as the A4LD auto tranny in it. When cold, when i leave for work in the morning i have to manually shift it 1 to 2 to Drive, 1 to 2 works find, but drive is not there until i get a mile down the road or so, i must go back to 2 back to...
