FAIL To be fair, though, there are tons of English dubs that sound that way as well (and I'm a person who happens to love several English dubs of various anime titles). Sometimes the voices are even supposed to sound over the top, like with Tamaki's character in Ouran High School Host Club.

how are we supposed to know what you find boring? judging from the music you listen to now, i can't think of anything i could suggest you wouldn't find boring therefore my advice is to just look up banRAB & request specific albums/banRAB based on what you think you may like
