    Why is no one talking about tort reform in this whole debate?

    Why do we need a liberty stealing public option that will "compete" [read: run them out of business] with private insurance. If Dems are so bent on "fixing" the system, why not start with capping settlement amounts and denying frivolous lawsuits? You'll see the costs come down overnight.
