    You're Favorite Film?

The Shawshank Redemption - Always watch it when I'm feeling down and it always gives me a lift. Grosse Pointe Blank - John Cusack is a God, hysterically funny. Alien - Still scares me, wonderfully claustrophobic.

I don't know. If my frienRAB are sober I might go with them somewhere. If they're drunk, I'll probably go with them somewhere anyways. But basically stay with the parents.

    Ken Loach

Does anyone else think Ken Loach is having a bit of an Indian summer in his directing career? According to Imdb, he is 69 now, but all his recent films have been fantastic - Bread and Roses, My Name is Joe, The Navigators and Sweet Sixteen (especially Sweet Sixteen!). I saw Ae Fond Kiss last...

    Princess of Mars (2009)

I've seen it ("other means") and I was moderately entertained by it. It's below Charles Band but above Uwe Boll. Somehow, I doubt it's destined for the big screen.

The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy.

That's what I remembered her from. That particular ep. of Frasier was on Paramount last week, WeRAB I think. If I hadn't seen it, I'd never have recognised her. Kinda sums up Hitchhiker's for me. I spent more time trying to place her than caring about the film.

    Monster's Inc. 2

I loved Monsters Inc. I was quite surprised they didn't make a sequel earlier. I think all the Pixar films could do at least 1 good sequel, but any more (with the exception of Toy Story 3) I think would be pushing it. The Incredibles, Finding Nemo, Monsters Inc all deserve sequels. At least...

'Donnie Darko' sequel in the works

This is the most ridiculous idea ever. Donnie Darko has always been one of my favourite films... the end was confusing and psychological... Donnie supposedly died -- or never existed. How on earth are they going to make a sequal to this?! The fact that they're using different characters will...

    Jason and the Argonauts remake

Yeh I agree Thin. The original Dawn of the Dead is awesome and the remake are both good movies. I love the way in the modern day they changed the zombies to being super fast and super strong (like 28 days later). I think some of the purists don't like the fact that the format was changed...
