    Why do Bar/Restaurant burgers taste so much better than what you can make at home?

    I've tried tons of recipe's, and I'm a cook in a restaurant (does not make burgers). I can't seem to figure out how to make my burger taste like the ones they make at bars and restaurants, is it the cast iron grill maybe? Grilling dust?

    how much would an artist charge for one of their sketches or paintings?

    I am having an art show and I have been told that buyers are supposed to come so what would I charge for them some of them have mats and others have frames????
