    What are the top universities in the south?

    I am looking for a university particularly in the south(NC,SC,VA,GA,FL) that i can major in electrical engineering. I am also looking toward a more social atmosphere where i can meet a lot of students. I have a 3.7 GPA unweighted and taking the SAT again to improve scores.
