    Can any medicine prevent detecting herpes in swab test?

    I was taken UTI antibiotic when taking the swab test (on the nite before as I thought I had UTI). The result of swab is negative so I am wondering that is a false negative due to antibotic or God did give me a second chance.

    So is that herpes? Or blood test is more acccurate?
