    Baking or cooking spoiled dairy worse than raw?

    If you put spoiled heavy cream and bake it into some pie or whatever, it's still spoiled. But is it worse consuming that than consuming it spoiled and raw?

    If i'm 19 can i be a server in a restaurant with a full bar, as long as I'm not...

    ...physically serving the drinks? Can I take the drink orders, but have someone else actually serve the drink? Can I be a server in Utah at the age of 19 if I'm just taking the orders and not serving them?
