    How do you save a .SWF file to your computer?

    I've tried to save a Flash animation to my computer by doing the clearly "popular" right-click blank space > View Page Info > copying the .swf link, pasting it in a new tab/window, and saving it that way. But it DOESN'T WORK. It just saves a tiny .swf file with a black screen. Not the animation...

    Why can't I upload .SWF files to DeviantArt?

    I tried to earlier after converting an WMV file to SWF. And it said that the file was being "uploaded" for ages. Even after an hour it was still loading. And it's only like 2 minutes long, what the hell. I don't get it. I put it in the Flash > Animations section too.
