    Because the Kyle Reese in the "present" is actually a later version of the Kyle Reese that gets sent back in time. His timeline is basically, goes back in time, impregnates Sarah and then dies. Nothing overally complicated about that.

    Sequels made to expand on the story and not made to milk a good film can be included. For example all the Police Academy films were milking a good idea. The Dark Knight made for story first and expansion not money.

    Or you could try actually going to a doctor to find out what is wrong. If you take a lot of NSAIDs and/or acetaminophen these drugs can cause some damage to your stomach. It could be gastritis or an ulcer - only a doctor can check to find out which it is. Also, NSAIDs are not OTC painkillers...
