    rolled out turf, it's gone yellow will it survive?

    the weather has been against me,the ground is so wet and claggy that i can't rake it so i had to leave the turf rolled up for 2 wks , its now gone yellow. i've laid it out on a tarpulin, hoping that the light will turn it green again, will this work and is there anything else i can do . please...
