How can you possibly know what books his detractors on this thread have read? What an odd statement.

What is the most shocking or scary or disturbing film you've seen? For me, I'd say The Exorcist. The idea that a 12 year old girl has been possessed by a demon and how her looks, voice and personality changes drastically is quite disturbing, and then there's THAT scene with the crucifix :eek:

Although I think it's alright, it's pretty much run of the mill and pretty weak in parts, I suspect the reason it's doing so well in the States and will do well just about anywhere will be the ladies swooning over the leading man, including me. :o

Seeing as the villains are Albanians the makers probably thought they could get away with crude stereotyping as the only western film star to make a splash in Tirana is Norman Wisdom. ;)

When I used to live in London and caught the tube late at night, I used to have An American Werewolf in London stuck in my head, that was pretty scary. In regarRAB to Creep, LOL. That has to be one of the worst films I've ever sat through.
