im trying to use this cell phone to a different company but they say that it needs to be unlock since it was from sprint i wanted to know if it was any way that i can do that for cheap or free and also how would i do it? any help will definitely be help full thank you

i have a 1992 honda accord lx last night it ran out of gas and we pushed it to the gas station we filled it up tried to turn it on and did not turn on.The starter turns on but somehow the engine does not turn on. any idea? thanks for your help
