    what cant you do when you jailbreak your ipod touch?

    i was wanting to jailbreak my ipod touch 4g but i wanted to know can i get apps of itunes? does it affect anything on itunes? can i get 3rd party apps off itunes? how do i get 3rd party apps? How do i jailbreak it? should i jailbreak it?
