    My Blackberry Messenger doesn't work...help!?

    I got my Blackberry curve 8250 yestday and ive paid for everything to go with it.. eg unlimited internet usage ect but i cant seem to get BBM to work. . I can add the contacts and they list as Pending, but the pins I add never get the request. what is the problem? Please help meee!!! thankyou...
