The Samsung SBH500 do not work with the E71 (there is stuttering in the audio), while the Nokia BH-503 work perfectly. I love my SBH500s, but I've grown to love and highly recommend the BH-503s. And since both are A2DP headphones and the E71 has A2DP support, you will get beautiful stereo sound.
