You could use two separate uTorrent instances for the trackers you want to "proxify" and the ones you don't.

at the end of the day it's two hours of light hearted fun and very enjoyable. A very good opening sequence as usual and just gets better from there. It still had comic moments to relieve the tension and plenty of action too. Saw it on Thursday when it came out and might even see it again...
