    My T-mobile phone blocks cha cha messages?

    it says "Free msg: reciever 242242 unable to receive message - Message Blocking is active" But i don't have message blocking on because i can text everyone else. oh, and its not the number, it works on my cousins AT&T Phone, i looked on the internet and it said nothing about cha cha blocking...
