Back in the day, an hour long programme would have a break every 20 minutes, now it is 15. They are getting more and more as they make them longer, more frequent by a few minutes and LOUDER!! I find radio worse these days, I hardly listen to it now as it is adverts every other song.

You've based that on the trailer alone? Why not watch it before jumping to conclusions? I suspect that's how C4 are wanting to promote rather than how it actually is.

Sounds like it might be Trigeminal Neuralgia? A friend of mine has that and from what you describe, it sounds the same. I"m not sure there is usually swelling associated with that, but might be. On the other hand.....if there is swelling...maybe it's a bug bite of some sort. If it doesn't get...
