I am in a jazz band and we have a concert (tonight!). I have a solo in it that I need to play, its only like sixteen measures but I always get SO nervous when it comes up I feel lightheaded and I can't hit the notes (i play trumpet) and I mess it all up. any tips for not getting nervous?? all...
