...negated the turn Ra is summoned? Or are Trap, Magic, and Effects negated as long as Ra is on the field? I've also heard that it's just Ra himself that can't be effected by traps, magic, and effects. I would appreciate clarification since the description is kinda vague in some aspects.

I checked out a book from the library, and as soon as I opened it, I noticed that all the pages absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. I talked to the librarians about it but they just said "We can't stop our customers from smoking while they read." I think it's just rude for people to do that...
