Okay so ive had my phone for a year now and its been working great, up until a couple days ago. it says i have a voicemail but when i try to enter my passcode, the voice keeps telling me to put it in again before eventually just saying to try again later. What happend, and how do i fix it?!

'Ello! In my samsung exclaim, everything I do is repeated by a voice. It's a female robotic voice, and when I enter different applications, she repeats everything I click. For example, if I click the home button, the voice says 'Home'. It's really annoying, and I don't know how to turn it off...
