Vodafone have sent me a with desire hd with my name on the box. But I did not order them to send it to me, when I rang up they say they have no record of it. Can I keep it and if they do find out what trouble can I get into?

at the moment it is running android 1.5 and i was wondering how long before the new update of android 2.0 will come. this is annoying because most apps need 1.6 or higher to work on the phone.. the phone is made by huawei
