    How do I save a iWork Page as a .doc when there's an image?

    I've exported the Page into Microsoft Word, but it will only let me save it as a .doc file when there isn't a picture. When there IS a picture, it will only let me save it as an RTF with attachments (RTFD) or a web archive? How do I save everything as a .doc?
