Bl**dy good film!

I love REC but the advert for Quarantine kinda ruins it for people (especially the end). Also Dead Set by BB, my mother had it on, kinda ripped off every zombie horror film that's existed.

If you take only that from FD 3, I'd say that's a good thing. Which makes this film a Very Important Work. :)

You think current films won't date? I saw the original DOTD recently and it hadn't dated at all in my opinion. When DOTD was released it was regarded as a bit of a shocker, but thankfully it works on many different levels, so there's still a lot going for it even though it might not shock so...

I remember that show! LOL - Herschell Gordon Lewis ! I've got 2 of his on DVD - The Gore Gore Girls and Blood Feast (which is bad in a very watchable way!) There was a recent remake of his Wizard of Gore, which was quite a good (but strange) film. You can get a lot of Russ Meyer films in HMV...

To be fair, a lot of American's can't understand British accents, so it's only right that there be a remake, and the original 5/5 film be tossed in the bin :)

I have only seen it the once & that was at the cinema when it came out.I thought it was an alright film but it didn't leave me wanting to see it again.

No surprise they kept accepting orders right up until they closed for business to rake in as much cash as possible, knowing they were in dire financial trouble with no prospect of filling the orders :mad: I suppose I can kiss goodbye to the outstanding order they owe me.

I was under the impression that the alternate ending was that the bloke (cant remember his name) got the blue diamond of the ocean (or whatever it was called) instead of the old lady throwing it into the sea, thats what was on the advert, the bloke was holding the diamond. As you can see above...

I know its kind of odd they should have made it a 20 month calendar or something if they are releasing it now.

I loved Saw 1, thought saw 2 was great, and though Saw 3 was almost on a par with the first one. I just love the films, and I agree that they are more of a thriller style film than a horror, they are to me anyway. I cant wait to see Saw 4 but have no one to see it with. My girlfriend doesnt...
