    Should the UK break ties with America, this whole "special relationship" is a FARCE?

    Would the UK be better off without being under the thumb of the Yanks?     Will it be harder to join the armed forces now all these personnel cuts have been

    announced? I was seriously considering joining the RAF but there getting rid of 20 thousand personnel (6k army, 7k RAF and navy) so does this mean it will be harder to get in now? if at all? less people will leave maybe so that means less positions will need filling???
