    Is it possible to live in San Antonio without a car?

    I am moving from NYC to San Antonio. I am trying to ecru as little expenses as possible, because I will be on a fixed income at first. Do you Need a car, if you live either in north central or alamo heights? and are commuting anywhere from north central to downtown SA?
